Almières Retreat

Chez
Marise & Monia

Facing the Tarn gorges and the Grandes Causses, Almières Retreat unfolds like a timeless refuge. Six yoga retreats per year, meditation, massages, and vegetarian cuisine invite you to reconnect with yourself, nature, and life.

In the heart of a listed site overlooking the Tarn gorges, dominating a river of clouds, and flown over by 2,000 vultures, Almières Retreat is a place apart, a place outside of time. It took Marise and Monia three years to bring together the best local people and renovate this hamlet with respect for its history and environment. Here, you can leave your phone and computer behind and reconnect with nature, yourself, and life itself. Only six yoga retreats per year for a maximum of eight people are offered in this vibrant environment. The program includes three hours of yoga daily, 30 minutes of meditation, energy massage, baths and sauna, fresh, organic vegetarian cuisine, and time to feel and enjoy the landscape, free from any visual pollution.
