She did not create the place—it was conceived 20 years ago, with impeccable taste and freedom, by Davide D'anna and Ken Mc Taggart, in collaboration with Pierre Vercoustre—but Alessandra Calise Martuscelli, who comes from a family of hoteliers based on the island of Ischia, has managed to preserve its spirit. Few places sum up this whimsical and romantic city as well as this one. A palace, the Palazzo Giannattasio, an apartment where the large living room, five bedrooms, and roof garden exude a slightly bohemian charm, artistic for sure, a little bourgeois undoubtedly. A world that looks to the future as well as the present, but also to the past.
