Château Réal
Chez
Kelly & Elian
Between the estuary and vineyards, this Médoc “château” tells a story of love and rebirth. Renovated with taste and enthusiasm, the mansion combines period charm with contemporary comfort.
In this part of Bordeaux, people are quick to call a slightly opulent house a château. It's a charming habit, all things considered. So let's not deny ourselves the pleasure of seeing this mansion, built between land and sea, between estuary and vineyards, by a certain Monsieur Real to declare his love for the woman he wanted to seduce and offer himself a new life. Renovated without exaggeration or excess, the property has retained all its charm, but gained in comfort, warmth, and elegance! Some beautiful antique features, moldings, Gironde tiles, and fireplaces now sit alongside some beautiful contemporary pieces. A lovely, sincere reinterpretation of castle life on the banks of the Gironde, imagined by a young and enthusiastic couple. So enthusiastic, in fact, that they have added to their offering with a former village butcher's shop, transformed into a very elegant villa with four suites and a shared swimming pool.
