La Ferme de Paulétou
Chez
Nathalie & Didier Muller
In the heart of Ségala, this 19th-century estate combines organic meadows, iconic design, and permaculture orchards. Rooms for sale, resident chef, Nordic bath, and breathtaking views: a true revival.
Once upon a time, there was a castle in the middle of these meadows. It has long since disappeared. What remains are these meadows, now organic, a barn-stable, trees, a courtyard, a lime tree-lined driveway, a dovecote, and a farm. The estate is undergoing a transformation under the leadership of Nathalie and Didier. A reception hall, a pop-up restaurant (in the summer), Chez Paul et Tout, with a resident chef, XL rooms combining the best of design (by Prouvé, Bertoia, Le Corbusier, and Dixon, no less!) and organic materials, where everything is for sale, a swimming pool, and a Nordic bath in the permaculture orchards... And? A breathtaking view of the Ségala countryside. What more could you ask for?
3 good reasons to go
- because this estate proves that respecting the past means looking ahead to the future
- because it's so rare to find such spacious rooms where you really want to spend time
- because this pop-up restaurant is a great way to discover young talent
