In this Seine, so close to the capital (120 km), the bravest go swimming (water remains cool). Owned by men of God, men of letters (the publisher Henri Filipacchi), and men of culture (Daniel Filipacchi and Franck Ténot) before being acquired by a couple (she, a communication and fashion executive; he, the owner of several chic and trendy restaurants in Paris) who fell in love with it, Le Prieuré welcomed the cream of the crop between the wars, the Copains of the sixties, artists in residence... Änni and Jean-Pierre have completely renovated Le Prieuré, respecting the traces of the past and the soul of the walls, and restored the luster to what remains above all a place of sharing.
