In the heart of a clearing, Maison H unfurls its lines of concrete and glass, merging architectural manifesto and nature. Iconic furniture, a unique atmosphere, and a future recording studio make it an inspiring retreat for artists.
A wood, a garden, a clearing in the middle, and at the center a house made of raw concrete and glass. H-shaped, hence its name, as simple as that. The architectural firm Atelierfm has created a design full of purity, a veritable showcase for furniture that is both branded (B&B Italia, Ligne Roset, Flos, etc.) and designer (Mouille, Memphis, Ducaroy, etc.). One could also see this as a tribute to Frank Lloyd Wright in this almost disconcerting combination of architectural manifesto and enveloping nature. A recording studio will soon be set up in an outbuilding, making Maison H an ideal place for an artist's residence.
