Two rooms, two atmospheres. One is clearly gourmet, Sources, the other more bistro-style, La Forêt des Sources. But in both, the talent of the chef and owner shines through. Two atmospheres, certainly, but clearly contemporary. Forget the suburban environment and the nearby ring road, the estate stands firm. Here, at Les Sources de Fontbelle, nature provides the backdrop for Guillaume Veyssiere's vision. A view, trees, a vegetable garden, aromatic plants, a valley, springs, clear water and, below, an old priory. Inside, five rooms have been designed in the same vein: spacious and bright, stylish and very personal.
