This Provence seems timeless. Yet it is changing, thanks to people like Anne-Sophie and Clément, who bring a twist and a naturalness that it sometimes lacked. The proof can be found at Villa Poesie, in the heart of the Jolibois estate, between the Alpilles and the Crau plain.

All around the olive trees, stretching as far as the eye can see. Anne-Sophie and Clément took over a 240-hectare estate and brought it back to life. Eco-conscious, they obtained Ecocert certification and now produce Domaine Jolibois organic single-variety olive oils with AOP Vallée des Baux-de-Provence certification. At the heart of the estate, they have also created a family home, Villa Poésie. Let the light flood in through the large bay windows, the wind dance through the beige linen curtains, and the scents fill the XXL rooms. And taste, there, between the Alpilles mountains and the Crau plain, this slightly fantastical Provence.

For up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms including 2 master suites; from €8,000 per week. It is also possible to rent a guest house at the entrance to the estate. In Aureille, there is also a farmhouse, the Mas de l'Etoile, which has been converted into a guest house.
