Jonathan and Larissa: it sounds like a song. The Sound of Music? It certainly looks that way. They met, as so many couples do, at work, in a famous Viennese vegetarian restaurant, and soon took the leap to open a place of their own. Their virtuous approach to vegetables, more joyful than preachy, intense flavours, precise technical mastery and ingenious combinations of textures quickly earned them a first Michelin star. A rare distinction for a vegan restaurant. In the surprise menu, dishes range from a celebration of potatoes to asparagus pasta, via morels with tarragon and Piedmont hazelnuts. Eight tables, an open kitchen, subdued lighting, and service led by the entire team: you may come out of curiosity, but it is sheer pleasure that wins you over.
