In Saint-Martin-d'Uriage, Maison Aribert is an eco-friendly manifesto. Christophe and Célia Aribert cultivate a committed cuisine, mainly plant-based, and offer accommodation with a minimal environmental footprint. A sanctuary of beauty and goodness, where nature and well-being are in perfect harmony.
A place that has everything you could want, both in terms of food and accommodation. Christophe Aribert and his wife Célia are committed to their beliefs. They opened this establishment in 2019. It is a place with the smallest possible environmental footprint, where energy consumption is kept to a minimum. With nature at the heart of the concept. This is true both in the main house, where it all began, and in the chef's house, where additional rooms and a wellness area have been added, as well as on the plate. The chef is passionate about responsible cuisine, which is mainly plant-based, but not exclusively so, and involves (very) close collaboration with local producers. A virtuous ecosystem, a sanctuary of beauty and goodness that cannot leave anyone indifferent.
