Chez
Clothilde Vente

In Cucuron, Maisons Clotilde offers a sunny lifestyle: vintage decor, contemporary pieces, organic and local products, no air conditioning but an eco-friendly and bright house. The South, reinventing itself.

We knew Clotilde, an enlightened and mischievous bargain hunter, in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, in a pretty apartment at 40 Rue de Languille and then, still in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, at 4 Rue Lamartine. We found her again here in Cucuron, at 70 Rue Costo Caoudo. Here she is, at the head of what she can, without blushing, call a collection. Simply named Maisons Clotilde. In each of these works, it is the South, a respectful South, with organic and local products and, above all, no air conditioning, as the orientation and insulation do the job perfectly, a bright and cheerful South. A South that breaks down barriers by mixing travel memories, pretty finds, and contemporary elements. A South that breaks free and reinvents itself.

3 good reasons to go

  1. because this way of reinventing the South is extremely refreshing
  2. because Clotilde has given a second, even third life to what was once a painter's studio and agricultural storage facility...
  3. because it's a real haven in the heart of a tiny village
