La Ferme HI Bride

There was Nice, Paris, the oasis of Nefta (Tunisia)—these two have accustomed us to their sometimes iconoclastic, resolutely disruptive vision of hospitality. They were greatly aided in their vision by that of designer Matali Crasset. Now they are back at it again with this farm in the heart of the South Luberon. A farm, really? Absolutely. The three of them have completely revamped this former farm, turning it into a perfectly hybrid place for experimentation, rejuvenation, and production. A place that, in the middle of an olive grove, between vineyards, forest, and vegetable garden, welcomes residents and guests and produces wine (currently converting to organic farming). A place that draws inspiration from the local area while looking toward Japan, Tunisia, and Spain. A place that, through its hybrid nature, writes the present while looking toward the future.
