Anne and Sylvain, a passionate duo, have reinvented the art of hospitality in Italy. Captivated by a 16th-century residence in the heart of Puglia, they took on the challenge of a bold renovation. Combining heritage and modernity, Casa a Corte inaugurates their AS Luxury Places collection.
They met at the Ritz in Paris, then hit the road with one idea in mind: to buy a house in Italy and reinvent the art of hospitality. All it took for Anne and Sylvain was one encounter. With a 16th-century house in the heart of a Baroque gem in Puglia, belonging to the venerable 95-year-old Gina. Whether it was love at first sight or sheer madness, they embarked on a monumental renovation project. With six-meter-high ceilings, the space was ripe for experimentation, including the most unexpected combinations. Antiques and contemporary furniture, old floors and clean lines, antique sculptures and works of art—the vision was clear.
