Cindy & Teddy Bidaux
In the heart of the Drôme region, with the Vercors massif on one side and the Ardèche mountains on the other, Cindy and Teddy Bidaux have transformed an old 18th-century building into a place of joy and reunion, largely dedicated to gastronomy.
At the foot of the Brézème Mountains, this large building, standing majestically amid the vineyards, was once an aristocratic residence dedicated to viticulture, sericulture, and arboriculture. Today, it is home to a chef and his wife, devoted to gastronomy. Drôme is a pioneering region in organic farming, and he has an organic vegetable garden at his disposal in the heart of the estate, which is to say that his playground is a pleasant one. A great idea: an introductory course and a dinner specially designed for children to introduce them to gastronomy. Another great idea: a gourmet bento box for picnicking in the vineyards or by the nearby river... Add to that the rooms, with Treca luxury bedding and attention to detail taken to the max, and you have the perfect combination.
3 good reasons to go
- because the chef always strives to pass on his knowledge
- because children are welcome, which is rare in a chef's hotel
- because nature is so abundant here
