The green of the vines (we are in the heart of a large 160-hectare wine estate), almond green, celadon green, lime green, sage green, apple green, olive green, fern green, lemon green... So many shades of green that tell the story of this Provence ; this Provence of the land that the Belgian family who have been running this estate for almost a century have worked hard to defend and preserve. We relax in the heart of nature, picnic by the lake, go horse riding, enjoy dinner prepared by the chef, create memories to share with the family, visit the cellars... A picture-postcard Provence, but so beautifully reinvented and revamped.
