The influences are clearly Mediterranean, as can be seen from the surrounding gardens. But make no mistake, we are well and truly in the heart of the Alps. Around the valley, there are no fewer than five ski areas and peaks reaching 3,335 meters. Martin represents the fifth generation of Kirchlechners at the helm of this family business. Revamped, modernized, rejuvenated, and even converted to slow food, Ottmanngut remains true to itself, faithful to its history, respectful of its heritage, and authentic.
