La Belle Vie du Vexin is the home many Parisians dream of. Close enough to the capital to get there in the blink of an eye (less than an hour), yet far enough away to be surrounded by nature. Estelle and Martin Vial bought this beautiful, spacious residence, a former farmhouse adjacent to the Château d'Alincour, in 2017 and renovated it initially for themselves, even though they were already planning to rent it out. The house is spread over several levels around its vast living room (6m high). You instantly feel at home thanks to the decor, which makes you forget the soullessness of many rental properties. Estelle sourced the furniture herself, adding a touch of modernity here and a more personal touch there. Attentive to every detail, she has even placed products bearing the name of the house in the bathrooms. Outside, there is a large garden, the forest nearby, and a little further away, a barn that they have just converted into a venue for professional meetings, yoga classes, and more.
