Le jardin des Plumes

Michelin-starred chef David Gallienne continues to make his mark in Giverny with Le Jardin des Plumes (a restaurant he took over in 2020 from chef Eric Guérin, which already included a boutique hotel). In a pretty little house with brick facings and a garden, he has, with the help of architect and decorator Philippe Papy, created a charming guest house. The predominantly white interior, accented with light wood, and the windows opening wide onto the greenery create a very bright atmosphere. All of this serves a single purpose: to showcase the local terroir and the expertise of the artisans and producers in the surrounding area. Guillaume Gallienne has Normandy in his heart, and this house is the best demonstration of that.
