In the heart of Saint-Malo's walled city, Le Croiseur Ginette blends Breton heritage with a spirit of commitment. A lively, feminine hotel-bistro, the establishment combines hospitality, ethics, and character in a setting full of soul and meaning.

There was Le Croiseur, a very old and legendary place located within the city walls. And there was Ginette, Juliette's grandmother, who had a knack for welcoming guests with simplicity and generosity. When Emilie, from Saint-Malo, and Juliette decided to take over the former and breathe new life into it, combining the two names seemed obvious. A hotel, yes, but also a bistro that could serve as a refuge and meeting place for travelers and locals alike. A place to live, resolutely feminine (each room is named after a woman who has, in one way or another, left her mark on, or rather captured the Breton soul) and Breton with its refurbished antique furniture, distinctive earthenware, and sculpted objects accumulated in the style of a cabinet of curiosities. It is a committed place to live, in more ways than one. With a predominantly female team, water, laundry, and waste management, hospitality and cleaning products, and sourcing of raw materials, the duo has set the bar very high.
