In this beautiful 17th-century residence with outbuildings (former stables), Nathalie has created a true haven with La Minotte. Opulent without excess, elegant without ostentation, intimate without affectation, exclusive without pretension. With muted colors, antique furniture combined with beautiful contemporary pieces, and a lush garden surrounding a long swimming pool, she has added just the right touch to this medieval and historic village in the Upper Chevreuse Valley. A few steps away from this paradise, Nathalie has also renovated a villa with four bedrooms and a walled garden. For her guests, she offers, unsurprisingly, good, attractive food, mainly organic.
