Moulin Moulin

In the Regional Natural Park of the Caps and Opal Marshes, between Hardelot and Le Touquet, on the countryside side yet with the dunes of Mont Saint-Frieux reachable via a hiking trail: a pond, a mill, and a guesthouse in need of reinvention. Everything rethought, entirely revamped, given a fresh twist—tuned into the spirit of the times and the direction of the wind. Today, the palette has softened into powdery hues, floral cushions have appeared, lighting has been dimmed, volumes gentled, lines refined, tiles glossed… An XXL double lounge, a dining room with a view set inside the former mill, a covered terrace suspended above the water for sunny days, an honesty bar, and a menu to dip into for anyone who wouldn’t dream of leaving this cocoon; the Mill is enjoying its thousand-and-first life, under the guidance of Nicolas and Jeremy. Impossible not to fall under its spell.
