Souki Lodges
Chez
Fabien Morcel & Gilles Pascal
At the foot of Pic de Vissou, these two eco-friendly lodges designed by Fabien Morcel and Gilles Pascal blend seamlessly into their natural surroundings. With a private pool, breathtaking views, and locally sourced materials, they offer a place to stay where architecture and environment engage in a beautiful dialogue.
At the foot of Pic de Vissou, nestled between mountains and hills, holm oaks and vineyards, Fabien Morcel and Gilles Pascal have created a truly unique place. It is both an architectural masterpiece and an environmental manifesto: these two lodges, built from carefully sourced organic French wood and facing south, are literally immersed in nature. Breakfast is served in wooden chests and on wooden boards, accompanied by local, artisanal products (when Amélie Darvas, former chef at the Aponem restaurant, isn't there to treat guests to her culinary delights!)... Add to that a private swimming pool with a counter-current system, and views upon views...
