Maison Padrig
Chez
Laura, Arthur & Tom
In the heart of Beauce, Maison Padrig embodies the dream of a group of siblings: a gentle and peaceful family home. Natural wood, muted colors, and 1970s details make up this warm and welcoming place. A refuge where you can share memories and simple moments, for a weekend or longer.
A brother (Tom) and sister (Laura, and her husband) dreamed of designing and building a family home. A home where they could gather together. It was actually their father's project, and they made it a reality in the heart of the Beauce region. It took three years of work to transform what was then nothing more than an empty shell into Maison Padrig. A house where everything is deliberately softer. The colors are calm, almost muted, subdued, to better complement the wood, the common thread. In the kitchen, the clear nod to the seventies gives the impression of having been found as is; an illusion, of course. They live in this family home intensely and often, but they also put it at the service of others' memories, willingly sharing it. All you have to do is let the children play in the garden and put a pie in the oven to make it your own for a weekend.
