In the heart of the Uzès region, an old silkworm farm, pale stone walls, hidden staircases, a lavender-lined driveway, a pool for cooling off, a wrought-iron bed that seems forgotten, perfect for a nap, an 18th-century armchair to put down an indian-style fabric, an old workbench to serve as a sideboard, a bamboo console table that has withstood the ravages of time, a few engravings and an exotic panorama, freshly whitewashed walls... and yet nothing here seems to be for show.
