On the edge of the Calanques, Emmanuelle Luciani has transformed a late 19th-century pavilion into a hybrid space at the crossroads of art, craftsmanship, and domestic life. Pavillon Southway has thus become a house-workshop and artists' residence, where visitors can now stay and immerse themselves in this creative effervescence.
Curator and art historian Emmanuelle Luciani has taken over a late 19th-century pavilion in a former suburb of Marseille, close to the Calanques. It is the ideal setting for fostering relationships between art, craftsmanship, and domestic life. Pavillon Southway has become a house-museum, as well as a residence for artists. Now, even non-artists can get involved in this unique project by staying in a one-of-a-kind guest room in the heart of this creative hub.
