Valgaudry

Chez
Juliette et Sébastien Lonjon

Imagine the ideal family home; one where you can gather with 12 or 200 people; one where you can unwind or celebrate; one where everything seems simple, like in a Claude Sautet film.

There's a saying that goes, “If you want something done right, do it yourself.” That's exactly what Juliette and Sébastien did when they couldn't find the perfect place to celebrate their wedding, so they created Le Val Gaudry in the heart of the Perche region. A place to disconnect, get together, reconnect, and why not celebrate and party, with friends or family, whether there are 12 or 200 of you. A bit like an ancestral family home (in this case, an early 19th-century farmhouse) that has been revamped without losing its soul. A billiard room, a music room with a piano and guitars, a games room with karaoke, rooms designed as suites, lime plaster and antique terracotta tiles, contrasting colors and comforting quilts, a few antique or simply vintage pieces of furniture and perfectly contemporary details, a winter garden and a 4-hectare park... All that's missing is a kindly granny dozing, but only with one eye, in her wicker armchair, lulled by the children's games...

3 good reasons to go

  1. because you can bring your whole family and more to celebrate together
  2. because Juliette and Sébastien have managed to create a real family home in record time
  3. because it's in the heart of the Perche region
Price

8 suites for 2 to 4 people, depending on the room, and a dormitory that can accommodate up to 28 people in total. For events, the estate can accommodate up to 200 people.
